Through personal experience, I have gained knowledge in the area of balancing my hormones naturally and boosting my immune system naturally (more specifically, how to fight allergies naturally).
I had been to so many doctors for my fibrocystic breasts, PMS and heavy periods, but all they would do was give me birth control pills, which just made my situation worse. I read Dr. Lee’s book on PreMenopause and I felt like he was talking specifically to me! I knew there had to be a way to put my body in balance without using pharmaceutical drugs, and after reading the book cover to cover, I had a plan. I have been using natural progesterone cream for about 8 years now and as Dr. Lee says “I’ll take it until I’m 90 and then I’ll re-evaluate” – I cannot imagine being without it!
I spent so many years using over the counter allergy medication, only to feel dopey and light headed. I wanted to use something natural, but I had spent so much money trying everything my health food store had to offer…and nothing worked. I changed my diet, changed my living situation, and I still suffered.
That’s when someone told me about Immuno-Care. I tried it. Honestly, I have never looked back. I never have one minute of allergy problems – I am completely allergy free. And as a bonus, I rarely ever get a cold or flu.
That is how I started my business, Balance Your Body Naturally (used to be Balance Your Hormones Naturally and Balance Your Immune System Naturally), it was out of my personal life experiences that brought the business to me really.
